  Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review as John didn't show up for our appointment. I hope I don't regret posting this, as the only thing that makes sense is that a medical emergency came up, and I certainly don't want that to be what happened. John was very courteous and polite on the phone, and always answered on the first or 2nd ring prior to our appointment. In fact, he had me call him the night before our appointment to remind him and confirm our appointment. When he didn't show, of course now he did not answer calls, texts, or emails. I made sure to email and haven't heard back that way either. So the lost phone excuse that he used on Kelsey doesn't hold this time. Based on other reviews, I was excited to find a reputable and fair coin dealer and was disappointed to learn that was not the case. I would sure like to hear back from John, to know that he is OK and that our appointment wasn't some kind of ruse.
